04.05.1935: FORD Romana Company, electromechanical main production.
1948 - AUTOINDEPENDENTA is founded, by FORD liquidation, having a mechanical profile.
1951 - ACRA 3 - defense industry
1959 - TERMOTEHNICA - industrial thermic equipment, measurement and control apparatus, medical equipment.
18.02.1960 - AUTOMATICA sets up as state owned company.
1991 - AUTOMATICA becomes joint stock company (the Romanian State is the only shareholder).
1995 - AUTOMATICA goes public-listed on the RASDAQ Market (51% State Ownership Fund; the 49% free-floating belonging to the citizens).
2000 - AUTOMATICA is fully privatized; the main shareholder is EUROFORM MILENIUM Company.
2002 - AUTOMATICA introduces SIVACON license and becomes SIEMENS Technology Partner.
QUALITY CONTROL, A PERMANENT CARE
1981 - AUTOMATICA - first Quality Program, in accordance with the Canadian CSAZ.299.3.
1983 - AUTOMATICA is authorized by CNCAN as manufacturer for nuclear plants.
1994 - AUTOMATICA implements ISO 9001, the international standard.
1996 - AUTOMATICA is the first Romanian producer for automatic and electric equipment certified by TܖCERT Germany as ISO 9001 Quality Standard.
2002 - AUTOMATICA implements ISO 9001:2000 certified by IQNET, DQS - Germany and AEROQ Romania.
AUTOMATICA FOUNDER OF THE ROMANIAN ELECTROTECHNIC AND AUTOMATION INDUSTRY
1963 - CIETA, industrial group for electric, electrotechnic, automation and telecommunication equipment is founded, having AUTOMATICA as leader.
1972 - IPTE Alexandria (today MOELLER ELECTROTEL) is founded with AUTOMATICA's most important contribution
1985 - IEIA Cluj-Napoca (today ELECTROSIGMA) receives license transferred from AUTOMATICA
1987 - IPEP Bacau (today PEROM) receives license transferred from AUTOMATICA 60% of the industrial automation equipment in Romania are made by AUTOMATICA. There is no major industrial unit in Romania without a "MADE IN AUTOMATICA" equipment.
