PRODUCTION PROFILE

Company founded in 1960, AUTOMATICA is now one of the most important Romanian producer of electrical and automation equipment, offering a whole range of products and services, as follows:

Medium voltage electrical equipment
switchgears with SF6 and vacuum insulated circuit-breaker; outdoor medium voltage disconnecting switch 400A; 630A/24kV;outdoor medium voltage fuse - base 100A/24kV.

Low voltage electrical equipment
SIVACON universal switchboards SIEMENS license (fixed, plug-in or withdrawable design); other kinds of electrical distribution switchboards, in fixed or withdrawable design; electrical switchboard destined to buildings; low voltage measurement and protection panels; power factor correction switchgears.

Complex automation and systems distribution equipment
for different industrial processes, electric power plants and nuclear power plants; sequential process control equipment with PLCs and computers; SCADA type data acquisition and processing equipment.

Industrial weighing and batching (industrial dosing) equipment:
belt weighers and automatic belt weight feeder; weighing bridges for trucks and railway wagons; static weighing platforms; discontinuous batching equipment (mono-, multi-component) and bagging equipment.

Industrial electronic equipment:
automated traffic control equipment; fire alarm systems; car access barriers.

Metallic constructions:
panels, cabinets, boxes, racks (standard dimensions or at customer's request); mechanical subassemblies by electro-insulating materials; moulds and other mechanical elements obtained through specific processing.

Design and consulting services:
automation systems with PLCs, for industrial processes; electrical low voltage distributing and control equipment (software SIEMENS - SIMARIS 6.2); medium voltage electrical equipment - digital protection parameterization (software SIEMENS - DIGSI); computer assisted design (software CATIA) for moulds, injection tools and metallic reference frames.

Mounting, putting into operation and service
For the mechanical processing, AUTOMATICA has its own modern and performing machine-tools and equipment (TRUMATIC, FADAL, BOSCHERT, SAFAN).
The metallic constructions are coated with powder painting in electrostatic field and/or are electrochemically coated in modern, ecological and high performance installations.
